About this ledger

This is a reference site for TCG Card Shop Simulator (Steam app 3070070), built for players who want the numbers behind the shop rather than a walkthrough written in circles. It exists because the 1.0 release in September 2026 moved a large amount of data at once, and the general-purpose wikis had not caught up with the parts players ask about most: pull rates, license costs, staff wages and what the update actually changed.
What is in here
- 242 monster card entries across the two catalogued sets, joined to combat stat records for 121 species.
- 20 ghost characters, each in four variants (white and black, foil and non-foil), plus the twelve-way edition rate table.
- 117 stock order license lines with unlock level and display capacities.
- 50 achievements, with the five 1.0 additions identified.
- Two working calculators: pack odds and expected spend and staff payback and wage burden.
- Eight field guides, one system per page.
How a number gets here
Three tiers, strongest first. Tier one is the developer's own record: the Steam store page and the news posts for app 3070070, including the 1.0 announcement and its changelist. Tier two is the community wikis at wiki.gg and Fandom, which hold the item-level detail nobody publishes officially. Tier three is attributed player reporting, which this site only uses when the reporter can be named on the page.
Every page we rely on is saved to disk before it is used, hashed with SHA-256 and listed with its
fetch time in researchPack/sources_raw/. The JSON
behind each table is then generated from those saved copies by a parser, not typed by hand, so a
figure on the page cannot drift away from the record it came from. Each data file carries its own
provenance block naming the snapshot, the hash and the source tier.
Competitor fan sites are read for structure only. They are never quoted, never cited, and never treated as a source at any tier, because their errors compound faster than their corrections.
What this ledger does not have
Listed plainly, because a database that hides its own holes is not worth trusting:
- The Ascension expansion, 1,452 cards by the official count, has no item-level records in any source we hold. It is indexed as absent here rather than guessed at.
- Per-card prices. The game rolls item base costs per save file, so no static price list is possible. Anything resembling a price on this site is a license cost or a capacity figure, labelled as such.
- In-game card artwork. Faces in the binder are schematic stand-ins. The only real images on the site are the seven official store captures; each one is byte-matched against the Steam asset CDN in
researchPack/store-media.jsonand carries an Official capture label where it appears. - Post-1.0 stat verification. The wiki records we parse were last edited before 1.0, and 1.0 lists an "Adjusted Tetramon card stats" entry. Stat values therefore carry a standing caveat.
- Wholesale order prices. The phone's per-unit cost is not documented in the sources we hold, which is why the odds calculator takes the pack price from you.
Corrections
If a figure here disagrees with your live game, that is a report worth sending, ideally with the shop level and the save stage it came from. Everything lands at contact@tcgcardshopdb.wiki. Verified corrections go into the source snapshots first, then the parser regenerates the table, so the fix and the evidence stay together.
